This restaurant was formerly on Chiang Khlan Road and moved here to this prime location in the old city. It’s down a small soi but is well signposted. It’s a small, quaint, pretty little restaurant in the old city that caters to foreigners. It gets quite busy at lunchtimes.
The menu is of an average size and there are not really any surprises on the pages but you can expect all the classic dishes plus a few interesting ones such as the banana flower salad or lentil salad. All Thai food but they also do a tofu burger with chips and a few western salads. Not completely vegan, as eggs are used in some dishes but you can ask for tofu instead. The dishes could be a little more generous in size but the prices are cheap. The dishes do taste good.
The owners don’t speak much English and the service is a little slow and lacklustre. However, if you aren’t in a hurry then it’s definitely a nice little place to stop by and try out.
