This restaurant is just off the moat near to the Saturday market. It is a lovely setting in a very tranquil garden. If you visit at night then it’s best to cover up as there are a lot of mosquitoes but they do have spray available.
They have expanded their menu a fair bit since opening and they now have a reasonable number of dishes which are mostly Thai and also a few western style salads. Don’t expect to see anything particularly exciting in the dish list but they are all reasonably sized and taste OK. The red curry with pumpkin is strange though as it is literally with pumpkin and no other vegetables at all. I’m not sure if the other curries are like this.
They often have gluten free and vegan cakes. Not always though, so if you go especially for a vegan cake you could be left disappointed as I was on one occasion.
It’s not a bad spot. The best quality is definitely the lovely garden. The food is passable but there are better places very close by.
