Rad Rabbit is Chiang Mai’s only all vegan Italian restaurant. Pizzas with vegan cheese were sought after for a long time here and Rad Rabbit started providing us with a wide range to choose from.
Rad Rabbit was formerly a branch of Vegan Heaven but was then re-branded as an Italian. You can still find some of their original dishes such as the classic cauliflower wings, which was probably Vegan Heaven’s best dish in our opinion. Vegan Heaven still has a branch on Loi Kroh.
Among the pizzas you will find the Green Wonder which is packed with green veggies such as broccoli and sunflower sprouts or the Farm Villa which comes with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. New on the menu is an interesting salad pizza which comes with a choice of two amazing dressings. All can be ordered as a small or large and all come with a decent amount of melted vegan cheese.
As well as pizzas you can find some other Italian dishes one of our favourites being the spaghetti veatballs as well as a range of foccacia sandwiches, salads and bruschetta. Finish off your meal with their fudgey chocolate brownie or try a scoop of gelato from 7 Senses or do what we often do and have both together!
The owner, Fon and her team are very welcoming and we reckon that anyone who loves Italian food with interesting twists will enjoy the dishes at Rad Rabbit.
